On fulfillment of obligations on Eurobonds of the Republic of Belarus (Belarus-2023 and Belarus-2030) on August 29, 2022

The Ministry of Finance informs.

The next coupon payments on Eurobonds of the Republic of Belarus (Belarus-2023 and Belarus- 2030) in total amount of 46.1 million US dollars in equivalent have been made on August 29, 2022 .

In the context of the persistent of unfavorable external conditions, the payments have been transferred in full to a special bank account with JSC "ASB Belarusbank" in Belarusian rubles in accordance with the temporary procedure for the execution of external government debt obligations (Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus dated April 6, 2022 No. 212/10 " On Temporary Measures for the Fulfillment of External State Debt Obligations” (as amended by Resolution No. 413/15 of June 28, 2022).

Access to these funds is provided for the Paying agent specified in the issuance documentation - Citibank N.A. London Branch (currently acting as a Registrar, Fiscal, Paying and Transfer agent).
