On changing the Registrar, Fiscal, Paying and Transfer agent in respect of the Eurobonds of the Republic of Belarus

The Ministry of Finance announces that Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG and Citibank, N.A., London Branch on July 7 this year notify of resignation as a Registrar, Fiscal, Paying and Transfer agent in respect of the Eurobonds of the Republic of Belarus. This decision takes effect within 60 days.

At present the Ministry of Finance is taking measures to search for successors to carry out operations with the Eurobonds of the Republic of Belarus.
